Art redefines space. What happens when fine art enters a space already brimming with voice, gesture, and story?

 

The Artyshox Collective and ImprovWorks Berlin invite the audience to take part in the convergence of visual and performing arts, hosted in the evocative setting of Haus Zwingli - a former church transformed into a vibrant improv theater stage in the heart of Berlin. In this unique architectural and cultural space, tradition meets experimentation, and static forms come alive alongside improvisation, sound, and movement.

 

This permanent exhibition marks a new chapter of collaboration between the visual and performing arts. The walls and nooks of the venue - long home to theater audiences, students, and improvisers - now carry the visual language of the Artyshox Collective, enriching the space with color, texture, and narrative. Not as mere decoration, but as an ongoing presence: responsive, alive, and intertwined with the creative pulse of the stage.​
