CURATORIAL TEXT

What the Dream? What the Illusion? Aroused by reality or seduced by fiction? What The
Fact? In a world flooded with glowing screens and infinite streams of information,
the boundaries between fact and fiction blur beyond recognition. What we see, feel, and
believe is shaped by memory, bias, and digital distortion. Awake & Aroused: WTF teeters
on the edge of this chaos, inviting artists to amplify, disrupt, and question what we
accept as truth, it’s a rupture, a breaking point where perception twists and reality is laid
bare. Through sensory overload, fractured narratives, and interactive illusions, artists
provoke the ultimate WTF moment: a space where certainty dissolves, and all that’s left
is the raw electric charge of the unknown.

So, what’s real? What’s imagined? And does it even matter?

Are you awake, or are you dreaming? Is this the truth, or just a beautifully crafted
illusion? In the haze of endless information, we drift between knowing and believing,
reality and illusion. WTF? captures that raw moment of confusion—the gasp, the glitch,
the double-take when truth slips through our fingers. But what happens when the tension
peaks, when perception reaches its breaking point?

That’s Awake & Aroused: the rupture where the fiction and the unreal pulses against the
skin of reality. It’s the moment before collapse, where certainty trembles, and all that’s
left is sensation.

Through distortion, disorientation, and revelation, artists pull us deeper into the
unknown, daring us to ask: What is real? What is imagined? And does it even matter?
