Psychedelic means "mind manifesting" — nothing more mysterious than that, and nothing less. In the caves we don't do psychedelics; we get our art high from neon colors, music and movement.

Every session opens the cave for one evening: a room full of color, music, play and imagination, where the everyday stays outside and the mind is allowed to wander.

Inside, you are invited to experiment freely, follow your curiosity and create from feeling rather than perfection. When you know there is no judgment, you can finally let go.

SPACES FOR COLOR, CONNECTION & EXPRESSION

I believe creativity becomes most alive when people feel free, welcomed and curious.

But many of us grow up learning that we need to be good, useful, productive or successful at what we do. We carry responsibilities, routines and expectations — and sometimes even creativity becomes something we judge before we allow ourselves to enjoy it.

I create these workshops because I believe we all need spaces where we can step out of that mindset for a while. A space where there is no need to prove anything, perform anything or create something "good enough." Just a space to breathe, play, follow curiosity and reconnect with the part of ourselves that wants to imagine freely.

For me, these workshops are little magic spaces: people gather, colors appear, stories unfold — and for a few hours, everyone is invited to create without pressure. Not to be perfect, but to feel present, connected and alive in the process.

Psychedelic Art Sessions

A very expressive art & painting session where we play with neon colors, geometric patterns and forms to create a mind altering abstract artwork. Accompanied by jungle & desert melodies with lots of chatter!

Visual Storytelling Jams

Small fantastic stories become the starting point for a free visual journey. We read, listen, imagine and sketch whatever appears — strange characters, dreamlike places, symbols, moods and little worlds of our own.

Through painting, drawing, zines, visual storytelling and collaborative exercises, each session invites you to reconnect with your playful side. These are not step-by-step classes — think of them as creative jam sessions: spaces to experiment, respond, improvise and enjoy the process, with guidance and tips whenever they're helpful.

Collaborative Painting Sessions

A big canvas waits for many hands, many moods and many strange little ideas. Festival visitors can drop in, paint a symbol, follow a color, add a creature or leave a tiny piece of themselves inside a growing shared world.

ALL THE CREATIVE SPIRITS IN BERLIN, UNITE!

These sessions are for anyone curious about the mysteries of the human psyche and the power of colors. You don't have to call yourself an artist — bring your lovely self, your exploratory mind, and let's discover what we can create together. Beginners get inspiration, guidance and tips, as much as you need.

good to know

✶ Sessions run 2.5 hours, in the heart of Kreuzberg — the exact address comes with your sign-up.
✶ All painting materials are included, plus an apron — though we recommend not wearing your favorite clothes, in case you get too ecstatic.
✶ We paint with acrylics on high-quality acrylic paper, with extra creative tools to help you paint as you wish.
✶ A protective cover is included, so your painting travels safely home to be framed.
✶ You'll be offered two drinks (alcoholic or not) and fresh snacks, with allergen-free options — you can also bring your own.
✶ There is no place for judgment in this magic cave of ours — as long as you are respectful to each other.
